What we collect, and why
Contact form
Name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to a request you’ve made) or, where a contract may follow, contract.
AI Readiness Community signup
Name and email address, captured before you’re sent to our community platform. We use this to keep a record of your interest and, if you opt in, to send you related updates. Lawful basis: consent.
Free Resources downloads
Name and email address, used to deliver the guide you’ve requested. Signing up for a newsletter or marketing updates is a separate, unticked checkbox from the download itself — ticking the download form does not opt you into marketing. Lawful basis for delivering the guide: consent (you asked for it). Lawful basis for any further marketing: consent, given separately via the opt-in checkbox.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are currently stored in our WordPress database via Fluent Forms. As we roll out further tools, we will also use:
- Brevo — email marketing and newsletter delivery (processor, once live)
- Patreon — membership and billing for the AI Readiness Community (processor, once live)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Cookies
This site uses Cookiebot to manage cookie consent. You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time using the consent banner. No non-essential cookies are set until you consent.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and signup data only as long as needed to respond to you or fulfil the purpose you provided it for, and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, unless we’re required to keep it longer by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email wecare@radiancegroupltd.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
